I Hate To Break This To You, But...

Being a Left-Winger doesn't increase your IQ 30 points.

Can Anybody Take "The View" Seriously?

"The View" serves one useful purpose. It provides incentive to get a day job so that one doesn't accidentally stumble across it while channel-surfing on Monday through Friday.

The vapid commentary from the women on this program is just mind-numbing. From Whoopi Goldberg's "rape-rape" comment to the perpetaully obnoxious bantering from Joy Behar, I can't imagine why this awful program would have more viewers than the crew that produces this pile of time-wasting junk.

I like Elizabeth Hasselbeck, but I'm beginning to think she's a glutton for punishment. I just hope she's well-compensated for being the lone conservative who has to put up with the never-ending tripe coming from such wanna-be wonks as Goldberg and Behar.

The only shining moment this show had was when they dumped Rosie O'Donnell. I guess that proves even Barbara Walters has a maximum level of stupidity she's willing to tolerate.

Still, when it comes to the intelligence required to be a Left Wing commentator on "The View", it's a very low bar.

Thank the Lord I work for a living. The snippets from The View I see on the internet reassure me that working for a living is good.

Chick-Fil-A in the Lefties' Gunsights

Remember, as a business owner, you're not allowed to take a political stance that is unpopular with the minority.

This has been proven by the hysteria that gay activists have fomented around the Chick-Fil-A fast food corporation, after one of Chick-Fil-A's franchisees donated money to an organization that supports traditional marriage.

For one store owner's actions, an entire corporation is to be tarred and feathered. After all, according to the continuously unhappy Left, it's the American Way.

No surprise here. Chick-Fil-A, a popular retaurant found on many university campuses, is now enjoying the same treatment that on-campus military recruiters have received... at least, until the previous Congress jammed through the lifting of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" when the Republicans won the House Majority last November. Nobody's bawling much about the recruiters now. Funny how that works, y'all thank?

All Chick-Fil-A would have to do is publicly apologize, openly promote homosexuality, and take away the store from that ee-vil franchisee who started this whole mess in the first place. Basically, they need admit their Christian values are crap, take a 180 degree turn, and adopt a hypocritical stance, all for the sake of filthy lucre.

All to please less than 1% of the population.

Can you say "Tyranny of the Minority", boys and girls? I knew you could. Unfortunately for some, this too has become the American Way.

Unions Do NOT Care

Wisconsin is a small state beset by budget problems due to our nation's economic crash. Nonetheless, public employee labor unions REFUSE to work on compromise pay and benefits packages which would enable states like Wisconsin the ability to balance a budget and keep all its public employees.

Instead, these Unions will FORCE layoffs and still point their crooked fingers at the state and tell its citizens "Nerny nerny nerny, you shouldn't have voted for those greedy Republicans who now run your state. They don't care for you like we do."

Unions only care about job protectionism at the expense of everyone else. They also
protect deabeats and shaft everybody in the process.

It's time for the public to take away the power of the Unions and kick them out of the public sector.

Cali Voters Are Already Unsure Over Jerry Brown

Early buyers' remorse? And this from the puff-ball Nothington Post:

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/02/10/jerry-brown-approval-numb_n_821356.html

Once again, knucklehead California voters have no one to blame but themselves. When are they going to learn a lesson and stop believing Public Union Propaganda?

The fact is, California voters, living in the most tax-oppressive state in the Union, are going to get more of the same, all because they chose to fall for a dirty trick by a "civil rights attorney" who applies her makeup with a spray gun and adores being in the news.

Meg Whitman wasn't perfect, but she isn't the feckless old Democrat that California voters are already learning to regret.
